Your driver collects you from your Sofia accommodation at 09:00 AM for the 90-minute journey to Sapareva Banya. Famous since Thracian and Roman times, its hyper-thermal, hydrogen-sulphide mineral water (103 °C) is reputed to aid the musculoskeletal, nervous, and respiratory systems.

On arrival you have 4–5 hours to enjoy the modern spa complex: indoor and outdoor mineral pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and a children’s area. Spa services such as massages and hydro-therapy can be booked on site. Around the complex you’ll find inviting taverns serving hearty Bulgarian specialities—perfect for a leisurely lunch.

Your driver meets you at the agreed time for the return to Sofia, arriving back around 17:00.
